The Catoctin Orchid
Society
The
Catoctin Orchid Society meets at 2:00 PM on the second Sunday of
September through
November and January through May at the Church of the
Transfiguration in Braddock Heights Maryland. See the Map for
directions. The December Christmas party and the June Picnic are
held at members' homes. There are no meetings in July and August.
Each meeting has a specific program subject either as a talk or as an
audio-visual presentation. In addition members bring plants from
their collections for viewing and discussion.
Membership is $12.00 per year for singles and $17.00
for couples. This web site contains news of the previous meeting, a
current schedule of coming meetings, pictures and information on "The
Plant of the Month" and occasional short articles by members.
